ace56 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Players

1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ace56 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern your access to and use of the ace56 website at ace56.vu, including all gaming services, account features, and promotional offers available on the platform.

3Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account at ace56. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, devices, or any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ace56 may merge accounts, void duplicated balances, or close the accounts concerned.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, contact details, and address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any point after registration.

Identity Verification (KYC): ace56 requires all registered players to complete identity verification before certain account features — particularly withdrawal requests — become available. Verification may require submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and in some cases proof of payment method. The KYC process is conducted securely via the account dashboard.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. ace56 uses SSL encryption and OTP (one-time password) verification to protect your account. ace56 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain amounts. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance procedure and is not specific to any individual player.

• Withdrawals to unverified accounts or channels may be delayed or declined pending verification.
• Any funds associated with unresolved bonus wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are met.

5Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Results cannot be predicted, influenced, or reversed by either the player or the platform outside of error correction procedures.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Abuse of promotional terms or use of software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Chargebacks or reversal of deposits without valid grounds.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed and returned where appropriate, subject to compliance with applicable AML and identity verification requirements.

9Limitation of Liability

10Changes to These Terms

ace56 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — we will notify registered players via email or through a notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

For minor changes that do not materially affect player rights (such as corrections, clarifications, or formatting updates), updates may be made without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the ace56 platform after any changes to these Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any update, your recourse is to cease using the platform and request account closure per Section 8.
